Samantha joined the Najib team in 2025 as our friendly, experienced and professional Senior Property Manager. Having owned and operated a property management business in South Africa before moving to New Zealand, Samantha brings a a diverse range of high-level skills to the team at Najib.

For the past three years, Samantha has been working as a Property Manager in New Zealand, and has completed her Level 4 qualifications in both Property Management and Sales. From working with great accuracy and detail in an accounting role to establishing meaningful relationships with customers in a retail position, Samantha knows the importance of taking care of the clients that she works with. Samantha is incredibly hard working, self-driven, and organised, whilst having high expectations for her service delivery. Her sporting background has taught her that discipline, hard work and accountability are the keys to success in life.
